What’s the importance of completing a novel study?

Although the fundamentals of simply reading are essential for all students to learn, novel studies take their skills development up to the next level! Completing a novel study is much more than just reading, it allows students to learn how to truly engage with a book! Our students will understand how to interpret texts beyond what the words on a page say, learning how to understand the hidden themes and messages by using literary analysis skills.

That's why joining our novel study classes this summer will allow your child to not only expand their vocabulary and improve their literacy skills, but will give them the chance to learn to analyze a text with ease!

Why GEC?
