French Reading Club & French Class
Bonjour! Welcome to our comprehensive Core French program for students in Grades 1-9, along with specialized classes for French Immersion students.
Our French classes offer a diverse range of reading materials to enhance literacy skills and expand students' understanding of the French language. We incorporate technology, media, and online resources into our lessons to make learning engaging and interactive.
Our curriculum encourages critical and creative thinking about the topics covered, teaching students to apply various reading strategies to the texts they read. Our aim is to inspire students to become lifelong language learners and develop a deep appreciation for French language and culture.
Our classes run for one hour every week, with small class sizes of a maximum of eight students. This allows for an interactive group environment that fosters participation and teamwork. Our ultimate objective is to ensure that every child reaches their full potential, with all class materials and homework assignments provided via Google Classroom for easy access and organization.
